STANDARD SHIPPING RATES

UNITED STATES: Shipping time takes approximately 2-4 days from the date of processing. 

CANADA: Shipping time takes approximately 6-12 days from the date of processing.

ALL OTHER COUNTRIES: Shipping time is variable but typically takes about 7-14 days from the date of processing.

Please allow 4-6 days for processing due to current delays.

 

SIGNATURE REQUIRED

When is order is valued at $250 or more, we require a signature for delivery. This will help ensure that the order was delivered correctly.

 

LOST PACKAGES

Once an investigation is complete, if your order is lost in transit or delivered to the wrong address, we will replace your items if they are still available. If we cannot replace them, then we will refund your order as well as any shipping costs. However, if the shipping carrier confirms delivery to the correct address, we are unable to issue a refund.
